Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM from Monday to Sunday are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Weekend and public holiday orders will be shipped from our warehouse on the next business day.

Delivery Address

If you realize that the shipping address provided is incorrect, please notify us immediately to make the necessary changes before your order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

These alerts will include the transport/courier agency’s website details, tracking number, and expected delivery date.
